Sensormatic Solutions, the leading global retail solutions brand from Johnson Controls, has been awarded the “Top Supplier Retail 2023” award as a solution provider to adidas aG in the “Best Instore Solution” category. The award was announced during the ReTa awards ceremony, as part of the EuroShop fair.
Today's retailers are looking for new and innovative ways to deliver a hyper-personalised, consistent and unified shopping journey across all touchpoints. Additionally, the ability to maximize customer conversions through predictive and prescriptive insights remains a top priority for retailers. adidas aG, with its strong focus on consumer centricity, was looking for a technology solution that would solve these challenges, while enabling the mapping of the consumer journey from outside the store to the checkout.
In collaboration with Sensormatic Solutions, adidas aG has implemented a solution through a series of data touchpoints that closely track the consumer journey. Using VLU (Visual Line Up) technology within the store with CCTV cameras, adidas aG is able to capture the movements of customers, including those who were passing by, lingering in the window or entering the store, as well as their journey through the various areas of the store. This allowed us to map customer journeys and provided a variety of insights that helped improve store design and merchandising, verify the success of brand marketing campaigns, as well as increase customer loyalty and acquisition. of new buyers.
