MILAN 12 October 2022 - Simonelli Group and its innovative Pure Brew Technology was awarded today in Milan of SMAU 2022 Innovation Award, the recognition to companies, administrations and entities that have taken the path ofOpen Innovation collaborating with companies or startups to innovate. The award ceremony takes place on the occasion of the two-day SMAU which confirms itself as the reference event for the ecosystem of national and international innovation, and the main business matching platform in Italy.
The award received by Simonelli Group concerns the development of PureBrew Technology, a revolutionary extraction method which applies both to the preparation ofAll espresso brewing methods, or to a new one bevgo, call Pure Brew Coffee, a filter coffee with unique characteristics and extracted at low pressure from the same coffee machine, the Black Eagle Maverick by Victoria Arduino.
Pure Brew Technology is a extraction method three-phase that uses pulsating frequencies of water pressure to release the purest aroma from the coffee bean based on its freshness, the region and the type of coffee chosen. Using a special portafilter with a patented double-mesh conical filter, the machine can also create a filter coffee, called Pure Brew Coffee, simply by pressing a button. This new one bevanda, extracted at low pressure, is syrupy and full-bodied. Furthermore, the system developed is absolutely automatic, guaranteeing the barista to get the best control over delivery of coffee in terms of consistency of the result and to be able to offer a menu and therefore awider offer to its customers.
